We strive to make things easy for your firm or company, as such we have reduced our pricing plans and made them clearer.
Our Calendar and Docket system prices are simple and tiered. The more trademarks you have the lower the cost per trademark.
Our trademark calendaring reminds you of all items with actions associated with them. We calendar all office actions, extentions, Section 8, Section 9, Section 15, and revival times. Our reminders are set to send emails one month before, one week before, one day before and the day of the action time. Within a day or two of responding to an action item the USPTO updates the trademark status and we remove further calendaring for that item. All automatic, all the time.

Monitor Pricing
MarkTend's pricing is right for any Firm or Company of any size.
MarkTend retrieves new filings and publications that are similar to the monitored trademark. Our generic search uses the monitored trademark and searches using the COMB search to produce as many hits as possible. This however is not the preferred method of our system. We allow you to construct your own search based on your knowledge of what classes need more protection then others. Therefore, we allow you to create your own search query that we run each week as new trademarks go into the opposition period. This cuts down on the time your firm or company has to spend doing the USPTO searches manually (a job no one seems to want to do, we like the dirty work!).
Track and monitor search engine activity on Google, Yahoo, and Bing: Search engine marketing can be the single largest source of trademark infringement. Our monitoring system automatically detects possible infringement and notifies you of the results (again, we love the dirty work). This allows you to create a historic document to show the infringing uses over time, all the time, no need to remember to do it every week.
Watch domain names as easy as trademarks: We automatically search domain names to make sure that others do not trade on the goodwill your clients worked so hard to build. In today's age of domain squatting and typo redirects, we offer a total monitoring solution.
