Michael Kassing

Michael is both the visionary and technical mind behind MarkTend. He designed MarkTend to meet his own needs and others working in the trademark field. He has a diverse background that includes law, internet, science and programming. A true computer geek from a young age Michael has expanded his knowledge base to include diverse fields of study. "A type" personality meets ADD, Michael is never satisfied with not knowing the answer to a question.

Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Masters level education (went to law school rather then doing a masters thesis) in geological oceanography from Moss landing Marine Labs and a BS in earth science California State University Monterey Bay.

Amber Norwood

Amber is the "guru de marketing", she is the one who makes sure to get the word out to the rest of the world. Energetic and dynamic, Amber brings with her not only education but a spark that keeps the rest of us energized. She is an award winning marketing professional with 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry. Amber brings a diverse wealth of expertise to MarkTend having been involved with managing several high-profile projects as well as creating and executing yearly marketing plans and media campaigns. Amber holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Clem Lincoln

Clem Lincoln currently works as a senior strategic sourcing consultant at a large insurance company in Northern California. His primary clients are responsible for brand preservation and marketing through customer facing products. He has a deep understanding of the value of trademarks and is uniquely positioned to observe trends in the branding world. Clem also brings with him an incredible sense of the big picture of business.

James Ruiz

James has the kind of internet development knowledge that geek's dream about and CEO's salivate over. James is the oil that keeps the machine running.

James Coleman

James, COO, oversees the company's day-to-day operations, long-term strategic planning, international expansion and global branding. He is headquartered in Monterey, California. Prior to joining Marktend, James worked in the semiconductor industry for 15 years. He is also a U.S. Air Force Veteran is very diverse in business and is a natural born leader. He keeps all of the staff on the same page. James makes sure it happens.
